Everything a department does, you can also ask for one task at a time. An MLS entry, a property tour, a listing description, an hour of admin standing between you and your afternoon. Task credits are for the agent who wants flexible support when they need it, not a full-time staff: work done on request, one credit at a time, with nothing to subscribe to.

Every task has a set credit value, agreed before the work begins. You always know what a “can you just…” costs, and it’s usually less than doing it yourself.
