Circa Properties is committed to making our website and services usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of how we build, not an afterthought.

What that looks like in practice:

• Regular automated and manual audits of our public pages.
• Color contrast, keyboard operability, and screen-reader semantics checked as part of our design system.
• Accessibility fixes prioritized alongside functional bugs.

This is ongoing work, and some parts of the site may not yet meet the standard we hold ourselves to.
