Communications

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages for support and operational communications. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Circa a limited license to use that content for support and operational purposes.

Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Circa will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. We’ll post the updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
